NDHIMA Call for Board Nominations

The North Dakota Health Information Management Association (NDHIMA) Nominating Committee wants you to suggest fellow members and/or yourself as possible candidates for the NDHIMA Board of Director positions for the next association year.

Qualifications (from NDHIMA Bylaws): 5.3 Qualifications and Nominations. Directors shall be committed to supporting and advancing the mission and purposes of NDHIMA. Directors must be Active Members in good standing of NDHIMA. Nomination. Candidates for election as at-large Directors shall be nominated by the Nominating Committee in accordance with Section 8.3. Nominations may be made at or prior to the time at which an election of Directors is to be held.

Nominations are open for the following positions:

• President-Elect
• Treasurer
• Education Co-Director (2)
