Dwayne M. Lewis, RHIT, CCS is President and CEO of DML Consulting, Inc, a full service company based in Broken Arrow, OK that specializes in all areas of the health information management. Dwayne has over 25 years of experience in the profession since beginning his path as a file clerk and holding numerous roles in the HIM field working his way to becoming the business owner he is today. His journey has also equipped him to become an inspiration to many professionals that have crossed paths with him.

He is currently a 3rd year Director on the AHIMA Board and is very active on all levels of the organization. He was the recipient of the 2006 Mentor Award and has chaired and served on various committees of AHIMA. He is the originator and co-author of the Diversity Resolution that was passed by the House of Delegates several years ago and he has donated to various scholarship funds on the CSA and national level.

Dwayne’s commitment and dedication precedes him in the industry and has no limits. He is always willing to engage and meet new colleagues and become a mentor or advisor if needed. But he feels that it is his passion and determination for HIM that has defined him as the successful HIM professional he is today.

Teresa Lewis, owner of Get Inspired, is a mindset coach and inspirational speaker. She is a certified coach and trainer for The 7 Mindsets. Teresa is a morning radio co-host on Life 97.9. She lives in Horace with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and a few dogs.
